ICTV’s integrated team of Directors and senior executives incorporate close to 100 years of top-level experience in the vital areas of corporate management and finance, direct marketing, retailing, and commercial television production. Individual members of the team have conceived and directed significant marketing programs in North America, Latin America, Europe, and South-East Asia. As individuals, ICTV Brands Directors and executives have been directly responsible for a total of over $1.6 billion in direct response marketing sales since 1982.
A profile of ICTV’s key Board members and executive management is as follows:
Chief Executive Officer, Director
Kelvin Claney is a founder of ICTV Brands and currently serves as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Claney has established an international reputation over 20 years as a dynamic and creative marketer. He began working in the US Direct Response sector as an independent contractor to National Media Corp, for whom he sourced and executive produced major infomercial projects. These included:

- Fatfree Express™
Mr. Claney also created the successful children's toy product BetterBlocks®. For fifteen years, BetterBlocks™ has been advertised and sold nationally and internationally. In a principal capacity, he has overseen the production of ICTV Brands's Derma Wand® infomercial and has been responsible for sourcing all related skin care products in ICTV Brands's DermaVitál® branded skin care range. Total sales generated by infomercials that Mr. Claney has initiated or overseen now exceed $500 million.
Richard Ransom joined ICTV Brands in July of 2008 as the Company's Controller, was appointed as Chief Financial Officer on December 8, 2008 and appointed as President in September 2011. Mr. Ransom joined the Company with eight years of experience in financial management roles at Traffic.Com, Hildebrandt International, and Grant Thornton. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Accounting, and received his MBA from Delaware Valley College in December, 2009.
Ryan LeBon, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Ryan LeBon joined ICTV Brands in June of 2013 as the Company’s Director of Financial Reporting. Mr. LeBon joined the Company with over 8 years of experience with both Deloitte & Touche LLP as an Audit Manager primarily serving SEC registrants and as a Controller with General Electric. Ryan is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania. Effective January 1, 2014 our Board of Directors has appointed Ryan LeBon as Chief Financial Officer of the Company
Stephen J. Jarvis
Stephen Jarvis was named a Director of ICTV Brands in December of 2009.
Mr. Jarvis is the co-founder and president of Positive Response Vision, Inc., Manila, a leading-edge infomercial-based direct response company. He has been engaged in the direct response marketing industry since 1984, when he formed Direct Response Advertising, Inc. This firm specialized in generating and qualifying direct response leads for companies dealing in luxury consumer items. The company also took several highly successful products to the Australian direct response market, the most notable being BetterBlocks™, which were sold through both DRTV and all major Australian retailers.
In 1996 Mr. Jarvis took up residence in the Philippines, where he established Positive Response Vision, Inc. Under his leadership, the company grew to be the leading direct response marketing organization in the region, and the company marked and distributed a vast range of products throughout South-East Asia. As its President, Mr. Jarvis was responsible for product sourcing and acquisition, inventory, finance control, design issues, and sales back-end programs.
Mr. Jarvis has also produced infomercials in a private capacity and licensed them to Positive Response Vision, Inc. and to other international infomercial companies. Recently, Mr. Jarvis established an outbound call center, Vision TV Philippines Inc, and has produced eight new shows for international distribution.
Presently with Great Valley Capital Advisors, assisting companies with corporate development and strategy. Mr. McDonald’s 40-year career spans several organizations from financing to direct response advertising to technology and media. His responsibilities as a Founder and Executive over the past 30 years include strategy vision, management, operational and sales. In particular, Mr. McDonald led National Media Corporation, a direct response marketing company, to $320 million in annual sales and a NYSE listing as a public company.
William N. Kinnear CPA, CA
Bill Kinnear was appointed a Director of ICTV Brands in March of 2013. As a chartered accountant in Canada, Mr. Kinnear has over 40 years of experience as a senior officer with a variety of companies, both public and private, in the accounting and financial disciplines. His experience includes the areas of mortgage underwriting and finance, point of sale, steel fabrication, secretarial services, and investments. Mr. Kinnear is currently Corporate Secretary for a private investment company, and provides corporate secretarial services to a variety of companies, working closely with stock exchanges and security commissions within Canada. Mr. Kinnear has also spent 15 years as President of Corsec Canada, Inc., providing corporate secretarial services to small cap public companies.
Director of Product Development and Live Home Shopping
Kelly Willet is responsible for managing ICTV’s televised home shopping operations in the United States, and managing the Company’s International sales and distribution channels with over 35 countries. In addition, he assists the Company’s CEO, Kelvin Claney, in managing new product development.
Mr. Willett brings a wealth of television and sales experience to ICTV Brands. He has over 25 years of experience in television and film production, and has been a very successful presenter on the Home Shopping Network (“HSN”) in the United States.
Mr. Willett's career has included television and film management with companies such as Stephen J. Cannel Productions Inc, Lions Gate Entertainment, Carroll Street Studios, and Culver City Studios. At Stephen J. Cannel Productions, Mr. Willett was head of production services, where his duties included overseeing all physical facilities, purchasing, inventory control, product placement and merchandising.
International Sales Director
Doug Crouthers joined ICTV Brands in June of 2014. Mr. Crouthers is responsible for managing the Company’s International sales and distribution channels with over 35 countries, working to build and expand ICTV’s International relationships and long term growth.
Mr. Crouthers has over a 25 years of sales experience with 17 years in the Direct Response Industry. He most recently worked with Applied Perceptions where he cultivated the customer sales and service call center side of DRTV campaigns, working directly with ICTV Brands on multiple campaigns. He has also held the title of Vice-President of Teleservices at Irwin Naturals and of Vice-President of Sales at Tony Hoffman Productions. Doug earned a B.S. degree in Marketing and Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
VP /Director - Retail Sales
Richard King joined International Commercial Television, Inc. in March 2014 as Vice President of Retail Sales. Prior to ICTV Brands, Mr. King spent over 20 years in Consumer Package Sales, with experience in beauty and personal care sector. Mr. Kings specific experience includes Beiersdorf, Alberto Culver, L’Oreal /Mayeblline/Garnier, Proctor & Gamble’s Prestige Division, and Del Lab’s Cosmetics. Mr. King is a graduate of LeMoyne College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Opal King, CPA
Opal King joined ICTV Brands in March of 2012 and is currently the Company’s Controller. Ms. King came to ICTV Brands after three years at Colgate Palmolive, holding financial analyst roles in both the Corporate and International Accounting departments. She has over five years public accounting experience at Grant Thornton and UHY, LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Pennsylvania. Ms. King graduated from State University of New York at Albany with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and minors in Business Administration and Economics.
Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
William Dykes is responsible for managing ICTV’s product manufacturing and distribution activities as well as directing procurement operations for the company’s direct response and home shopping networks. Additionally, his efforts with the product development and marketing teams are focused on implementing new packaging and distribution strategies as well as streamlining operational efficiencies.
Mr. Dykes brings over 25 years of experience in inventory management and business development to ICTV Brands. Throughout his career he has successfully restructured supply chain operations and has developed logistical metrics for growing companies. He has also been instrumental in building retail distribution channels with emerging wireless technologies.
Mr. Dykes holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as Business Management & Development education from Pennsylvania State University. His broad experience and knowledge of supply chain logistics has enabled him to restructure ICTV Brands procurement protocols and facilitate stronger partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers and fulfillment centers.
Kimberly Bicknell joined ICTV Brands in March 2013 as ICTV’s Executive Assistant. Ms. Bicknell was previously employed with NetTel Partners for two years as their Client Service Manager. She worked thoroughly to make strong relationships with each partner and also helped run a startup company. Her background is in management and marketing, with a heavy focus on television production. Ms. Bicknell graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts at Coastal Carolina University, with a major in Communication and a minor in International Studies.
International Sales Manager
Cynthia Ingua is ICTV’s International Sales Manager, responsible for coordinating all sales activities in over 35 countries where the Company has distribution and licensing sales relationships. She is based in the Philippines, and has worked with ICTV Brands since 2004.
Ms. Ingua graduated from New Era University with a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration. Her extensive sales experience and knowledge of management logistics has enabled her to expertly coordinate the needs of ICTV Brands and the international partnerships that the company has secured. She has a strong sales background in the direct response television industry, having worked in and managed sales for nine years with well-known Asian DRTV distributor - Positive Response Vision Inc.
Supply Chain Analyst
Phillip Yesenosky joined ICTV Brands in April 2014 and is currently responsible for regulating inventory levels, improving shipping strategies, and optimizing the conversion of raw materials into finished goods. His efforts are primarily focused on efficiency, utilizing data analysis to ensure that consumer demand is managed in accordance with ICTV’s financial goals. Mr. Yesenosky received two Bachelor of Science degrees from Penn State in Energy Engineering and Energy Business and Finance. Prior to his time at ICTV Brands, Phillip has served as an independent contractor analyzing Energy Systems as well as leading the financial department of a Philadelphia based startup company.
Angel A. Guerrero, Ph.C., MS is an Ecuadorean-born, multi-patented scientist with more than 30 years of experience in the research and development of all types of personal care products. He is recognized among his peers as an expert in applied emulsion technology and as a highly creative individual, capable of quickly and efficiently generating new and innovative concepts that yield technologically- advanced, marketable products. Throughout his professional career, he has been associated with the largest US and European transnational cosmetic corporations.
